The Whole Story: Deliverance – Call To Deliverance – Exodus 1-3

Last week, we finished walking through Genesis and are now on to Exodus. When we left off, Joseph’s family only numbered 70. Over 400 years, they were extremely fruitful and grew exceedingly large in number. In response to this we see that the new Pharoah places them all in slavery. We will look at how God is continues to fulfill his promises to His people even as they find themselves in bondage.

We want to proclaim the truth about our God’s strength and even more specifically, His ability to save, therefore. we will sing, “Strong To Save” by Vertical Church Band.

We have seen God’s power to deliver multiple times throughout scriptures and even in our own lives. This should lead us to a response that gives Him glory above all else. Not only does He deliver us, but He also is the creator of heaven and earth, and holds all things together. We will praise Him through, “Glory To God Forever” by Fee.

Continuing to worship Him for who He is and what He’s done, we'll stand together, giving Him praise,  because the one who set the stars in the sky is also the one who gave up His place in heaven to walk this earth and lay down His life to set us free. “The Stand” by Hillsong will be our declaration of this.

As we respond to the message, we will join in celebrating the believers’ baptism. We will rejoice with others who have accepted Jesus Christ and want to make a public declaration. As we do, we will rejoice in “All Things New” by Elevation Worship and “Cornerstone” by Hillsong.
