• mental health issues
A career transition can be a challenging point in a person's life, and CTS is here to support you. CTS supports those who are seeking a job through a combination of weekly meetings and online tools, coupled with relevant Biblical instruction. Our objective is to provide job market education and coaching designed to prepare and improve the opportunity for a job seeker to secure his or her next position. CTS facilitators possess extensive human resources and executive-level management experience. CTS is not a service to find jobs for people.
NextJob: Weekly training topics are complemented with participants' access to a cutting-edge online job search system provided through a partnership with NextJob.com. This multimedia web-portal was developed with the latest in curriculum design, is customized to reflect user input, and has proven that it returns job seekers to work much more quickly. NextJob includes comprehensive teaching presented in a multi-media format and is considered one of the ever-evolving, best resources on the web.
A key tenant of CTS is the creation of a comprehensive network of Calvary people, along with others, willing to serve as resources to those in the midst of a job search. Network participants are willing to receive a phone call, have a cup of coffee with someone, and answer questions regarding job search experience, contacts, and the job application process at his or her employer, and more!
With a Christ-centered focus, CTS will support those in career transition by offering encouragement, tools, resources, and accountability, whether their field is at an executive level, a laborer, administrative assistant, or music teacher.
