Baptism by water immersion symbolizes the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus. Baptism does not save you, but rather is a public declaration that you have placed your faith in Christ as your Savior. And while baptism is not required for salvation, it is a biblical command and demonstrates your love and obedience to Christ.
At Calvary, we celebrate baptism in the spring and the fall.
Adults and students must attend a one-hour class.
Children in grades 2 through 5 and their parents must attend a three-session class.
2018 baptism dates and class schedule coming soon.
